Who Couldn't Use an Extra $2,500?
Thank you for helping us celebrate 25 great years, we really appreciate it! We are proud to serve Sarasota homebuyers and look forward to the next 25 years. As part of our appreciation, we're offering you a celebratory $2500 rebate on your next home purchase.
At this point, you may be asking yourself:
How do real estate commissions rebates work, anyway?
Real estate commissions are negotiable in Florida, but the seller commonly pays a commission to the listing brokerage. A portion of this is then paid to the brokerage who procures the buyer. Provided True Real Estate earns this commission, the buyer receives a $2500 rebate in the form of a credit from True Real Estate upon closing. It's that easy. And it's tax free!
Registration is required in order to qualify for the Twenty Fifth Anniversary Sarasota Buyer Rebate and must be completed prior to True Real Estate's buyer agent/licensed REALTOR setting up property showings for you.
If you're considering new home construction, please do not register with developers or builders before contacting us.
With our Twenty Fifth Anniversary homebuyer rebate, many homebuyers can now afford the down payment or up-front expenses needed to buy their home. "It makes home buying more affordable. Buyer rebates can help pay for things like inspections, surveys, appraisals and other costs associated with the purchase of a home", says broker Bill True. "Who couldn't use an extra $2500?"
The rebate is valid for properties with a purchase price of at least $300,000 and can be applied to single family homes, condos, new home construction, investment property and even vacant land.
